The Mosaic Centre is one of the most environmentally-conscious buildings in Canada, and a bustling net-zero office that effortlessly lends itself to special event and meeting rentals. Championed by an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) team, the building exceeded most sustainability of the standards in place. Baytek was chosen as a team member in the new contract delivery method and unconventional design.
