Located in southeast Calgary, London at Heritage Station consists of four condominium towers (creating over 1200 suites), underground parking, and a large amount of commercial space, while trying to meet LEED® Canada standards. Westcorp Properties, acting as the owner and construction manager, contracted Baytek to complete our scope on the first two towers (21 storeys each).
