Baytek has constructed five new Coscto Wholesale warehouses in the greater Edmonton area (along with numerous Costco renovations) under the direction of Ledcor, Chandos, and Graham. Costco projects are built on a very truncated schedule, allowing the stores to generate revenue as quickly as possible. Baytek has become the preferred drywall subcontractor in this area for the client. The steel stud designs call for special order studs; ordered prior to construction, and assembled in our shop or on site. Walls panels are then aligned and connected on the slab, cutting down the time on site required to complete our scope.
